Qualifications & experience
- understand that hospitality can be 24/7 and be willing to occasionally assist late check ins or emergencies. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Management of daily operations, performance of serviced apartments and flexibility to work hours
- Reception duties and customer enquiries; Supervising guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures
- Stock control and ordering, Linen, Room Consumables, maintenance material etc
- Ensure rooms and grounds are always presentable and light maintenance, including gardening and pool maintenance
- Supervision and staff rostering
- Develop & manage relationships with Asset Owners;
