Position

Parental Leave cover, from March to October/November 2024. Reporting to the owner and managing director, as Account Director your key responsibility is to lead the content and marketing business, proactively working with clients to successfully deliver all projects to an excellent standard. You will guide a small, capable team, and identify and secure new business opportunities.

Person

The successful applicant:

• Degree qualified
• At least 8 years’ experience in agency account management
• Excellent project management and strategic marketing skills. Experienced managing multiple projects, working closely with clients and suppliers and winning new work
• Tech savvy and 100% comfortable in all aspects of content and digital marketing
• Outstanding communicator
• Confident, collaborative, capable and a team player.
• Energetic, friendly with a can-do attitude. Highly organised

You will be quick to pick up new things and quick to get things done, with a calm confidence. You will have lots of initiative and ‘just get going’ to ensure the job gets done quickly and capably.
