About the roleIn this role you will focus on developing relationships, enhancing experiences for a portfolio of Public Sector clients in order to generate revenue, developing new business, and retaining and growing the current book of business. You will also be responsible for meeting compliance requirements, providing administrativeand technical support to both internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with our offshore processing centre.
What you'll be responsible for- 🤝 Relationship Building
Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
- 💼 Account Retention and Expansion
Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
- ⤵️ Pipeline Management
Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals

Persuades others to shift their views and/or behaviours with the goal of reaching consensus
