More About the Role at Domain
You will be responsible for the end-to-end virtual management of around 700 Domain accounts. This includes addressing queries, growing and retaining accounts. You will focus on solutions-based selling, providing clarity of options and pricing for Domain solutions to solve customer needs and address pain points through virtual channels. Day in the life: - Be a connection between Domain and the customer - Use digital channels to nurture and grow the customer relationship through problem-solving customer needs and work with internal teams to ensure any resolutions are provided in a timely manner - Provide clarity on Domain solutions and pricing - Manage any straightforward concerns or objections during the sales process - Meet the expected monthly targets and ensure all sales activities are appropriately documented
