The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying and engaging potential customers in the SMB and Mid-market segments.
- Developing and maintaining a solid sales pipeline through networking and proactive lead generation.
- Executing a sales and GTM strategy for effective penetration of the Australian market.
- Actively pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Developing a thorough understanding of Josys's Device and SaaS Management Platform.
- Providing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements and utilising the MEDDPIC sales framework.
- Closing sales deals, exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, and negotiating terms effectively.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments provides valuable insights into refining sales strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities and providing regular sales reports and forecasts.
The Profile
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- You have a solid 5+ years of experience in SMB and Mid-market sales in Australia.
- You have a experience selling SaaS or complex software solutions to the big decision-makers, like CTOs, CIOs, and so on.
- You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- You're a real go-getter and sharp thinker with top-notch skills in managing senior stakeholders and building relationships.
- Having a good grasp of the MSPs and SIs ecosystem would be a bonus.
