Our company is experiencing steady market growth in our Print Management Division. We are seeking a motivated and professional Account Manager to join our sales team in Sydney.
This is a full-time permanent position based in the inner-west Sydney.
The role
Reporting to the Account Director, you will be working onsite with a high-profile client in the Print, POS, Mail and Digital Print space.
You will provide overall day-to-day customer service and support to the Account Director to effectively execute production schedules to meet customer objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Account Director with associated documentation and reporting to project manage briefs and action items.
- Participate in regular client meetings and assist with meeting feedback.
- Work with systems and supply chain to deliver customer requirements and update Work in Progress (WIP's).
- Order entry and follow up with multiple stakeholders to monitor the performance of timelines.
What you’ll need
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in account management in either print services or advertising agencies.
You can differentiate yourself if you have the following experience and personal attributes:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in print services or advertising agencies.
- Previous print, POS merchandise, or mail-house experience is mandatory.
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Be proactive, driven and an exceptional problem solver.
