On Target Earning (OTE) - $120,000 - $140,000
We are a family-owned national cleaning company that has been in business for over 30 years. Our business focuses on commercial, industrial and office cleaning.
Due to the continual growth of our company, we are currently seeking a seasoned Sydney based Account Manager to join us and expand the growth of our business.
Position Overview
As an Account Manager specializing in commercial cleaning services, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of clients in various industries. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing cleaning operations for small to mid-sized clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary contact.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions.
- Conduct proactive site audits to assess performance, address concerns, and gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Preparation of proposals
- Generate monthly reports and maintain documents.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategically position our services and maintain a competitive edge.
About You
- Mature outlook with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager in the commercial cleaning industry.
- Have a sunny, positive, ‘glass half full’ attitude and outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Efficient organizational skills with ability to schedule appointments, prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Committed to customer service excellence.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Ability to resolve complex issues within a timely manner.
