Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Account Manager based in Bega!

2EC & Power FM are the leaders in local, delivering great local content, news and fun promotions to our loyal listeners and amazing customer service and marketing solutions for our valued clients.

The remuneration package on offer is strongly performance driven with a competitive base + super + allowances + an uncapped commission structure!


About The Role:


  • Generate advertising sales revenue through the presentation of advertising strategies for local businesses.
  • Achieve set sales targets and provide accurate revenue forecasting to management.
  • Professionally represent our brands (2EC, Power FM, KIX Country and iHeart Radio) to advertisers and the community.
  • Solve problems for clients by developing effective and tailored marketing solutions for their business.
  • Successfully prospect and secure additional advertisers to our brands.
  • Work well in a team environment, with the ability to work autonomously as well.
  

About You:


  • You will be a people person, with fantastic written and verbal communication skills, you’ll know what great customer service is, and have a passion for helping local businesses.
  • You will be out and about in the community and will meet with clients regularly (minimum of 10 x face to face meetings per week) to build strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of computer programs and CRM’s will be an advantage i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce etc.
  • A strong desire to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
  • You will possess strong personal motivation and organisational skills.
  • You’ll have a growth mindset with a desire to learn and develop your skills.
