Service Admin | 80-85k+super | North West Sydney | 3-6 Months Contract | Full-Time Hours

Your new company is a global technology business based in North West Sydney. They are a rapidly growing organisation with an established foundation in the ANZ market.
Your new role
Your new role is to manage customer relationships, building confidence and trust, proactively anticipating customer needs based on established relationships and customer expectations. This will include:
Track field service work completion and consolidate for monthly report bundles
Work closely with State Admin on outstanding jobs that need quotes by raising work packages to obtain the purchase orders to meet EOM invoicing requirements
Review progress invoices issued against project works, claimed costs and outstanding costs upon request Submission of quick changes for equipment entry
What you'll need to succeed
3-5 years' work experience within a similar role or position
- Demonstrates ability to plan, set priorities, organise and work with others
- Excellence at report writing, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience of using an ERP system like Oracle or SAP would be seen as an advantage
