Malcolm Thompson Pumps is seeking a dynamic Service Administrator to join our successful and friendly team in our new Seven Hills Office.
No two days will be the same and you will never be bored in this face-paced and active role.

Your responsibilities:
- Support and liaise with customers and suppliers regarding service jobs.
- Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP system.
- Generate job packages, purchase orders, invoices and freight documentation.
- Arrange building maintenance services.
- Lead quotation follow-ups.
- Prepare timesheets for the Service Team and liaise with Payroll on related queries.
- Perform routine debtors and creditor tasks and ensure cash and account sales are processed.
- Provide administrative support across the branch.
- Coordinate deliveries with transport companies and process receipts and dispatches.
- Assist the Branch team to comply with the WHS Management Plan.

About You
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a Service team environment.
- Strong administration, time management and organisation skills
- Comprehensive & efficient use of Microsoft Office as well as knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of initiative, drive and self-motivation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to grow and develop a long-standing career within the Malcolm Thompson Pumps business.
