Account Manager - Food And Nutrition (Raw Ingredients)

My client is regarded as one of Australias leading suppliers and distributors of key ingredients into the Australian and Global market. Their key ingredients are used in the manufacture and production of nutraceuticals, food, nutrition, pharmaceuticals and veterinary supplies. The company works closely with their clients to source not only the best Raw Ingredients, but also suitable pricing and margins to allow them to successfully experience year on year growth.

The Role

A key and instrumental position for the business has become available for an experienced Account Manager/Sales professional within their Food and Nutrition division. This role will see you looking after a broad ingredients portfolio and some of the companies biggest clients in a territory that has grown 900% over the last 3 years and has so much more to expand.

This role will be based out of Sydney but will see you become the Food and NutritionAccount Manager for NSW and VIC.

The company provides a hybrid work environment with your time spent across the office and WFH.

Your main focus will be to maintain good working relationships with your account portfolio as well as focus on driving new growth across your territory to continue the companies expansion.

About You

• Minimum 5 years current sales experience within Food and/or nutrition selling functional ingredients
• Food technology or science background is highly regarded
• Experience covering a state or multi state portfolio
• Ability to travel to Vic regularly and when required
• Genuine passion for the ingredients industry
• Ability to maintain a structured day to day plan
• Looking for a genuine long term role with genuine career progression

• Base salary of $120k - $130k
