Job summary

Your new role
The position will report to the ANZ Country Manager that involves extensive business and competitor analysis, to establish ongoing mutually beneficial business partnerships, maximising return on investments.
The incumbent must possess superior business acumen supported by solid analytical and IT ability and excellent planning and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan and direct all sales activities for the defined Key Accounts driving the achievement of short and long-term business objectives, increased profit and market control in all customer segments.
- Coordinate territories and activities for the defined Key Accounts to prevent duplication of sales efforts and assist management with the preparation of sales plans and budgets.
- Mange relationships with key pharmacy partners
- Maintain knowledge of market and industry trends in the therapeutic area, competitors and leading customer sales strategies.
- Maintain and Update the CRM database
- Generates insights into customer’s key drivers from in field intelligence, research and sales and customer reports from SFI Health CRM to contribute to development of the HCP advocacy plan.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Scientific or Business related qualification (preferable).
- At least 3 years Sales Management experience / Key Account Management OR above mentioned fields of study supported by 5 years of sales experience.
- Pharmacy / Health Food Retail channel experience essential.
- History of consistently delivering exemplary sales results.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with digital online environment.
- Solid creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record in fostering collaboration and working in cross functional teams.
