Our role
Based in our beautiful offices in Redfern, we are looking for a self-motivated and energetic hairdresser to join our team as a Sales Account Manager (in-house). In this role you will use draw upon your hairdressing expertise and account managements skills to develop relationships with existing clients to increase sales and ensure sustainable revenue success. You will also develop and drive new business development opportunities from the company’s lead generation channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing client base and implement new strategies for sales growth.
- Pursue leads to develop new business opportunities, including conducting warm and cold calls to prospects.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and work to resolve them.
- Provide training and support to clients to help them maximize the value of their purchases.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create sales plans and forecasts for individual accounts to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets, and provide regular reports to management.
About you
Our ideal candidate must have experience as a salon manager or sales Account Manager retail or professional, with proven ability of exceeding targets and drive the sales process from plan to close. You must also have strong business acumen and be able to influence to achieve a win-win outcome.
Other important skills include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 3 years of related industry experience.
- Experience with sales CRM, MS Office, Social Media tools.
