Primary Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for delivering business growth for our existing customer base as well as identify new opportunities which will directly impact on profitable sales for Coast to Coast Home.
Your focus will be on building relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience each and every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall account and sales performance for SA.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to help maximize sales and stay informed of customer's direction.
- Meticulous planning and booking for Pre-Show and On-Road appointments.
- Calling on existing customers to promote new products.
- Identify & develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by company.
- Maintain stock levels with all customers.
- Representing the company at trade fairs and events as required.
Experience & Skills
- Relevant wholesale/retail sales experience essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm to connect with customers
- Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Demonstrated business development skills
- Ability to handle conflicting and/or sensitive situations
- Sound business and professional ethics
- High level of organisational and time management skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and contribute to team harmony and performance
- Professional presentation
- Intermediate MS Office skills – Excel, Outlook

Things to note:
We are a fast paced business that requires interstate travel as well as attending Trade Fairs which takes a level of stamina.
