This is a critical role to grow premium brands such as Monin, Biscoff, T2, Tabasco, Hershey’s, Reese’s and Ocean Spray within Victoria’s vibrant HORECA/Foodservice and On-Premise hospitality scene.
Broadly, the role is responsible for:
- Implementing strategy to increase product sales/market share to Foodservice operators.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quarterly sales targets and key priorities.
- Identification and development of new account opportunities within the café/hotel/catering/club/restaurant channels
- Growing range and distribution within Foodservice, coffee and other wholesalers
- Have a personality that is engaging, approachable and loves working with people.
- Strong experience and understanding of Coffee/Foodservice and end user channels.
- Business acumen including a drive to achieve business targets and company growth.
- Ability to make longstanding and successful client relationships and manage stakeholders.
- Is passionate and has the ability to develop innovative customer solutions.
