An exciting opportunity for an Account Manager join our Melbourne office!

We are currently looking for experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team. The Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts for Seisma. They will work closely with Practices to ensure that our clients and consultants receive high-quality service and that we meet their needs and expectations. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Delivery
  • Collaborate with Account Management team to develop account plans and strategies
  • Assist Industry Sales Lead to collaborate with internal team including Practices and Talent Acquisition to deliver projects and services
  • Assist in sales presentation and proposal preparation
Consultant Care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants in existing accounts
  • Assist with consultants’ requests and issue escalation
  • Manage consultants’ expectations and ensure high levels of consultants’ satisfaction
  • Understand the clients' business needs and identify opportunities for growth
Contract Administration
  • Collaborate with Operations team to ensure new Statement of Work and Statement of Work Renewal are generated in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in account management or sales focused role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer engagement skill
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver services to Client Organisations
