We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and supporting the success of regional communities.Do Work That Matters:As our Account Manager in this high performing team, you will work closely with Relationship Executives and Analysts to support the needs of a number of portfolios within the RAB team. This outstanding opportunity focuses on supporting the banking requirements of our new and existing clients, managing stakeholders and assisting in tasks required for deal execution, whilst supporting Relationship Executives in developing new business opportunities.In this role you will have a high level of exposure to client support and will play a key role within the Relationship team. Your passion for customer service and focus on being number one in client satisfaction will see you stand out in this role. You will also gain great exposure to the credit and analytical elements of this team and the opportunity to communicate with customers daily.More Specifically, You Will:Assist in completing annual reviews and changes for existing clients and on boarding of new customersBuild and maintain effective working relationships with the dedicated support teams including Risk Management, promoting an in depth understanding of the client and of transaction proposals to ensure maximum efficiency in obtaining risk approvals to support business objectivesProactively assist Relationship Executives and Analysts in understanding client needs, and identifying solutions on how to provide the best possible service and assist in identifying new business opportunities and clients to the groupWe want to hear from you if you have:Exceptional client service skills with experience ideally in a corporate, commercial or business banking environment;Strong communication, systems and process skills;The composure and drive to commit to meeting tight transaction deadlines in a fast-paced environment;Initiative and a CAN do attitude, along with the drive to quickly develop new skills; andA degree in a related discipline is desiredGreat opportunity to progress your career!If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through to submit a valid application.
