Position Overview:
As an Account Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our rapidly growing small manufacturing business, servicing the brewery and beverage industry. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and securing new customers while also managing and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach and strong organisational skills.
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the brewery and beverage industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to generate leads and secure sales.
- Prepare and present quotations to prospective clients.
- Utilise CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions and forecast sales projections.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to sales and customer management.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
- Provide account management support to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Serve as a technical resource, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding our products.
- Exhibit a passion for our Australian-owned business and locally manufactured products.
Additional Responsibilities:
Be agile and adaptable to assist with small tasks that arise across production and general operations in our small team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in creating and managing quotations, budgets and sales forecasts.
- Experience with CRM systems and general administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for Australian-owned businesses and locally manufactured products.
- Ability to adapt and assist with various tasks in a small team environment.
