What the Job Is
We are in search of a business-minded Account Management and Sales professional who is confident and skilled to join a team of highly successful individuals within Capital Logistics.
As a National Account Manager you will:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure exceptional service delivery across your portfolio by identifying and capitalizing on service opportunities
- Be responsible for ensuring that targets are achieved through sourcing, creating, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with national clients
- Identifying development opportunities for revenue growth with existing clients, in addition to finding new opportunities through referrals
- Proactively manage the needs of our customers from a relationship and operational prospective, by brickwalling clientele, effecting stakeholder engagement, and delivering solutions to meet their evolving logistics requirements
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in Business Development, Account Management, Service Delivery or similar role within logistics or supply chain
- Exceptional communication skills (written, oral and virtual)
- Ability to remain focused and productive in high-pressure situations
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Efficiently manage time, and responsibilities and be able to work autonomously in dynamic and evolving work scenarios
- High IT competency, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and connecting software platforms via API or similar.
- Professional business conduct and presentation
- Willingness and availability to travel interstate on an as needed basis
- Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
