Both roles require candidates to have full working rights within Australia (PR or Citizen) and minimum 2 years experience within similar roles coupled with
Intermediate user of MS Excel (pivots and vlookups) Exceptional communication and time management skills Able to adhere to strict deadlines Available to start a role as soon as possible Role Accounts OfficerHours 38 per week

Duties
Calculating, recording, inputting financial data Preparing customer invoices and uploading to systems Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations Maintaining customer accounts Working with a billing system generating invoices Collecting payments Posting receipts in a timely manner Securing revenue Applying fair credit practices Assisting team members where required Ad hoc duties as required Role Assistant AccountantHours 37.5 per week

Duties
Timely and accurate validation and reconciliation of invoices & rates against contracts Responsible for major customer portfolios; including accurate and timely charges Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices received and processed Issue resolution with long-term solution Pro-active communication and follow up to efficiently resolve all discrepancy matters with all stakeholders, internal and external Support of the broader Billing functions as required Supporting the Financial Accountant and wider finance team Performing reconciliations of accounts Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate Preparing profit and loss accounts sheets Ad hoc duties as required If you are an experienced Accounts professional looking for your next exciting opportunity, apply today!Any questions can be forwarded to Khale - ************@persolkelly.com.auWho Are We
