Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:

• Act as Virtual CFO, managing client relationships for financial health.
• Provide expert advice, innovative solutions, and strategic guidance.

• Financial Oversight:

• Review and analyse management accounts, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, reviewing financial statements and tax returns.

• Team Leadership:

• Manage staff workflow, development, and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, setting goals and providing feedback.

• Strategic Planning:

• Proactively contribute ideas for client challenges, driving innovation.
• Develop long-term financial plans aligned with client objectives.

• Compliance & Reporting:

• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as the ATO for compliance matters.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key insights.

• Process Improvement:

• Drive efficiencies internally and for clients, innovating processes.
• Utilise advanced accounting software like Xero for streamlined operations.

About You:

• Shows outstanding efficiency and productivity, consistently delivering top-notch work quickly.
• Holds a degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Holds a CA or CPA qualification.
• Brings 5+ years of experience in Business Services or a related role.
• Proficient in advanced use of Xero and intermediate Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines and clients effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates a desire to challenge oneself and the status quo, possessing a curious mind.
• Must be an Australian Tax Resident
