About You

- Extensive Xero knowledge and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- An understanding of payroll legislation and awards
- Proven experience in the required tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Debt collection
- Weekly payroll for 20+ employees, EA adherence, PAYG, Super
- BAS, IAS
- Management of apprenticeship claims with MEGT
- Management of plant and equipment including motor vehicles and insurances
- EOFY reporting including Worksafe, Payroll Tax
- Liaison with external accountants
- Reporting to internal stakeholders
- Management of accounts inbox and correspondence
- Monthly operational/budgetary review meetings
- Financial Planning and Analysis Meetings
