The Role
Due to continued growth within the team, this business is seeking the support of an Administration Assistant.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing compliance of vehicle registrations
- Assisting with stock control
- Engaging with customers and stakeholder regarding sales process
- Database management
- General administration and support of finance team
You:
To be considered for this role you must possess:
- Previous experience within a car dealership would be ideal, but it's not essential
- Strong administration skills and the ability to pick up systems and procedures quickly
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and time management skills
- Openness and willingness to learn, with a (I know, super cliché) a 'çan-do' attitude
