In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly. This includes answering calls and helping customers, processing orders and invoices, and keeping track of payments. You'll also generate reports, follow up with customers, and support both dealers and customers as well as managing bookings and maintain accurate records through data entry. This position requires good communication and organisational skills to support different aspects of the business.

Requirements you must meet to be successful:
- Experience in office administration and accounts roles is a must.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of MYOB or similar applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Be flexible and adaptable to all work required
- A high degree of organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
