Are you an experienced Administration Officer, have the ability to multi task and would like to be part of an award winning team that constructs quality custom homes?

You would report to the Business Owner / Finance Manager and your role will consist of:
- Accounts tasks including, but not limited to data entry, filing and receptionist duties when required.
- Specific Administration tasks (Construction admin related tasks) - Training provided, potential to lead into career progression if desired.
- Manage work effectively and efficiently to meet targets, deadlines.
- Ensuring the timely and effective management of all tasks assigned and organisation is pivotal in this role.
- Enforcing use of software, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is essential.
- Previous experience with Data Build and Onsite Companion software is an advantage but not essential.
- Accounts Department/Bookkeeping experience is highly desirable, however if you enjoy learning and fantastic at multitasking we would love to hear from you.
