we are a small gelato manufacturing company located in Ardeer and require the services of a receptionist/bookkeeper Monday-Friday 10am-2.30pm
duties include answering phones, ordering supplies, checking emails, updating spreadsheets through excel, preparing customer orders and invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, superannuation payments through MYOB and any other general admin duties.
Must have MYOB experience and be available through our busy period November through to March.
