As Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under your control. Working closely with the manager, your support across various projects and bookkeeping will see you keeping busy with an all hands on deck approach in this small business.

Description
As Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
Accounts Payable/Payroll:
- Enter Invoices against purchase orders when received.
- Receive all incoming goods.
- Balance to statements.
- Liaise with suppliers when required.
- Prepare payments to be authorized by management.
- Payroll
- PAYG
- Superannuation
- Liaise with accountant
- Bank reconciliations
- BAS preparation
Accounts Receivable/Administration
- Entering sales orders as they are received by either email, Fax, Phone or via our website.
- Invoice all dispatched orders on a daily basis.
- Send out monthly statements via email.
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.
- General Reception/Administration duties as and when required.
- maintain up-to-date billing system
- follow up, collection and allocation of payment
- Website management - updating new products pricing etc.
- Bulk emails to all customers via Mailchimp monthly sales promotions
- Internal sales administration
- Quoting
Profile
To be considered for this position you will meet the following criteria:
- Must be proficient in EXO (ideal), outlook, MS Office suite
- Accounts payable experience
- Payroll experience
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- 1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience
