- Strong background in bookkeeping, experienced in Payroll and end to end Account's processes, within the Construction industry.
- Preferably an advanced Xero user or min. 3 years' Xero experience.
- Experienced in issuing and reconciling client progress claims and variations, willing to learn the associated builders' operating system.
- Excellent client relationship skills to navigate homeowners through the financial aspects of building a new home.
- Able to provide key financial reporting, including WIP reports to the CFO and management.
- Leadership capability, able to guide and supervise remote Accounts Payable support.
- Team player who likes people, willing to put in the effort to know and trust the individuals who make up the team, for smooth internal coordination and positive results.
- Ability to adhere to company processes and policy but also, a critical thinker who can provide creative input and streamline policy and procedures as needed.
