We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Officer to join our team as Accounts Administrator in a flexible Part-time position. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Trust Accounting
- Invoicing
- Reporting Functions
- Letters of arrears.
- Outgoing reconciliations
- Account reconciliations
- General Administration duties to assist the team.
About you
- Minimum 2 years in Accounts Administration
- Experience in the Commercial or Industrial Property sector is advantageous.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in using accounting software packages
- Team player with good relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
