Due to continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role will be within our Central Processing team working with an extremely successful and rapidly growing client within the roof construction and repair industry.
The main tasks will include the following;
- Processing of client and supplier invoices
- Processing payments and managing obligations to suppliers, subcontractors and other third-party creditors
- General processing and reviews of bank transactions
- Entering payroll information and processing payroll in Xero
- End of month close off for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Bank Accounts
- End of month, Bank Statement and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Process General Ledger Journals; Accruals, Prepayments and Other End of Month Journals
- Reporting for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Administration and maintenance of systems
- Design and implement new processes and procedures
