- Manage precise data entry and upkeep of various spreadsheets/databases
- Input data into diverse software programs
- Process payroll efficiently for employees
- Supervise kitchen, stationary, and uniform inventory management
- Offer administrative support across multiple departments
- Adapt and tackle additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software
- Proficiency with the payroll software like Keypay/Employment Hero or something similar
- Swift and accurate data entry skills with acute attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles
