Our family business requires a proficient Accounts Assistant to undertake all accounts payable and receivable within the growing organisation.
This is a casual position and requires the successful candidate to work onsite at our office in Hanwood, NSW. With some flexibility around working from home occasionally, as suitable.
The tasks of the role will include but are not limited to
- Accounts payable and Account receivable processing and data entry with the use of Hubdoc and Xero accounting software
- Reconciliation of accounts on a regular basis
- Financial reporting as required
- General administrative tasks, such as stocktake and purchase order management
- Other administrative support tasks as required by management
The successful candidate of this role requires
- Understanding and experience with accounting programs in particular Xero
- Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Office/365 Suite particularly Outlook and Excel
- Efficiency working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- A keen interest to learn
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
