We are seeking an Accounts Officer on a permanent part time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work around school hours and/or looking for work/life balance.
DetailsExperience with the use of MYOB AccountRight preferable and MS Office including one-drive. Or demonstrated experience with another accounts program (can assist with cross-training)
- Entering of invoices and bills
- Processing Purchase order & sales
- Maintaining accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Debtor/Creditor reconciliations
- Accounts filing
- Assist with fortnightly Payroll
- and other office/administrative duties as required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to data entry; preparation of accounts to reporting stage; provide administrative support to management and staff. Be able to work independently and prioritise their work requirements.
