B&E Foods is a family-owned food service company located in Blacktown, dealing with the most extensive range of quality fresh meat, seafood, frozen food, groceries and dry products.
This is Permanent Full Time Position. Working Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring to support invoices, reconciliations, payroll input, damage investigations, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of invoices and accounts credit
- Accounts and bank reconciliation
- Payroll Administration - Data Input
- Supporting Accounts Clerks - receivable and payable
- Investigating damages and stock returns
- Provide administrative support including word processing and spreadsheets and undertake general clerical tasks.
- Maintaining Reports
- Journals and handling ad hoc finance requests
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Food production, warehouse or production would be beneficial
- Good Time Management
- Good Attention to Details
- Familiar with Payroll data
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, ERP - Enterprise Reporting Platform)
- A team orientated approach with “can-do” attitude
