- Duties: keying supplier invoices into system both local and overseas; matching PO and other documentation; process credits and investigate discrepancies; liaison with suppliers if needed; processing reconciled accounts for authorisation and payment approval; employee expense reimbursement; weekly cash flow forecasting and more...(credit applications, assistance to senior manager etc)
