ABC Blinds & Awnings have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts team member at our Wangara head office.
About the Role
In the Accounts position, you will form an integral part of the finance team and ensure timely and accurate entry of documents into the SAP Business One ERP system.
The role is full time (38 hrs per week, 8-4pm) although those seeking part time hours are still encouraged to still apply.
Daily tasks include;
- Data entry of both supplier and customer invoices to the ERP system
- Prepare supplier payments ready for authorisation
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Ensure accurate data entry and coding
- Compile daily and weekly reports
- Stationery and other ad hoc purchasing
About you
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Prior data entry experience in an office environment
- Fast and accurate data entry ability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and carry out a wide variety of tasks
