Pennant Hills Hyundai, Nissan ,Suzuki, Kia, MG & LDV are a family owned & operated dealership.

We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic & motivated Account Clerk for our growing automotive dealership in Pennant Hills. This position is for an immediate start and for someone wanting to work in a busy environment with exceptional training provided to further their career.

The following functions are included in this role:

- Suzuki and MG deal processing

- Data Processing

- Performing banking duties

- Sorting and collating incoming mail

- Consolidating and finalising company Toll fines

- Reconciling general ledger accounts

- General admin duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Must have previous Administration experience

• Self motivated

• Well organised

• Able to work in a team environment

• Able to multitask

• Have excellent communication skills

• Be willing to learn

• Neat and tidy Appearance

• A friendly attitude

• Intermediate Excell knowledge

• Experience working with Era/Pentana within the Automotive industry will be highly regarded but not essential.
