The Role
The Accounts Officer role reports to both Head of Development and Senior Accounts Manager and is responsible for all day-to-day responsibilities relating to bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, budgeting and cashflow tracking.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the development and operation team.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, budget and cashflow reports
- Manage purchase orders and project budgets
- Have ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 2-3 years accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
- Willing to learn new systems and applications
- Able to communicate efficiently with all stakeholders
- Mandarin/Cantonese language skills will be desirable
