We have an opportunity available for a meticulous individual to join our Remediation team to assist with various accounts and customer related activities.
This role is available immediately for a 6month maximum term contract, until approximately October 2024.
What will you be doing?
- Processing refunds through our system Shield
- Communicating with members over email to request updated bank details
- Performing reconciliations and accounts payable functions
- Creating payments in the system
- Organising cheques for members that don't provide bank details
- Tracking of cheques being returned to RAC
- Collating various financial information on Excel
- Managing our member inbox of approximately 250 emails per day
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working in a similar role with an understanding of reconciliations and accounts payable processes
- Strong customer service experience with the ability to communicate with various individuals
- Previous experience using financial systems and confident in the use of Excel
- Ability to commence as soon as possible and to see through the 6month contract.
You will be based in our newly renovated West Perth office with a supportive team.
