Accounts Officer

We are currently seeking an Accounts Officer who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a national law firm. The firm is conveniently located in Perth CBD. They are well established and a leader in their practice area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a law firm with longevity in their staff, driving culture and offering an attractive salary package based on experience.The role:
Responsibilities will be varied and diverse including but not limited to:

• Processing invoices for a variety of clients
• Daily receipting
• Record management
• Creditor management
• Debtor management
• Ensure processes are followed and compliance is adhered to
• Administration duties as and when required

About you:
The successful candidate:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (legal experience preferred)
• Filepro experience or experience using industry specific software highly regarded
• High level of attention to detail
• Process driven with the ability to work under pressure against deadlines
