We are currently seeking an Accounts Officer who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a national law firm. The firm is conveniently located in Perth CBD. They are well established and a leader in their practice area. Responsibilities will be varied and diverse including but not limited to:
- Processing invoices for a variety of clients
- Daily receipting
- Record management
- Creditor management
- Debtor management
- Ensure processes are followed and compliance is adhered to
- Administration duties as and when required
The successful candidate:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (legal experience preferred)
- Filepro experience or experience using industry specific software highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail
- Process driven with the ability to work under pressure against deadlines
- Central CBD location located close to public transport with the best choice of food and coffee around
