Your new company
Our client, an ever-growing travel company, and is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Accounts Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business by accurately processing and paying suppliers and vendors. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand the process and procedures will be essential in integrating with various facets of the business.
Your new role
- Daily receipting of money received via various methods (Payment Gate, EFT credit card, Enett, BPAY, direct credit); logging information into Qin and producing daily receipting reports.
- Processing refunds via various methods, obtaining the required levels of approval from Management for EFT and cheque payments.
- Exporting all purchase invoices into Sun System.
- Undertaking ad hoc requests as directed by your line manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Finance Officer role
- Experience with a good level of excel
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Customer and people-focused
- Attention to detail
- Exemplary time management skills.
- Reporting skills
