Qualifications & experience
- Ideally have two + years demonstrated experience as an Accounts Officer/bookkeeper
- Ideally have experience in Xero, Dext and MS Office
- Well presented & professional
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Eager to learn & succeed
- Ideally have experience working in a corporate or business environment
- Have great written & verbal communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Daily Xero accounting reconciliations
- Assist with month end reconciliations
- Monitor aged debtors and creditors
- Credit card reconciliations
- Manage employee timesheets
- Assist Business Manager & Office Manager with ad hoc projects
- Administration and office support functions, including: a. Answering phone calls b. Responding to client enquiries (emails) c. Setting up meeting rooms / checking office supplies d. Employee reimbursements e. Maintaining leave calendar f. Office stationery ordering g. General support for engineers
