About The Role

We are looking for a Part TimeAccounts Officer (10-15 hours/week) to work alongside the CFO in undertaking the following tasks:

• Manage the accounts payable process, including entry of invoices
• Manage the accounts receivable process, including collection and monitoring of debtors
• Reconciliation of bank statements and resolution of any discrepancies
• Weekly payroll processing
• Assist with month end reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with other ad-hoc finance tasks as required
   

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable, accounts receivable or Accounts Officer role
• Have previous payroll experience
• Be proficient using Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Employment Hero and Keypay is an advantage, although not essential
• Have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a positive can do attitude with a willingness to learn

Salary for the role will be $35 per hour.
