They have closeknit head office team and are due to continual business growth they now require an experienced Accounts Allrounder/Finance Officer to join their team based in Mulgrave. MYOB experience highly desirable!
Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will be responsible for:
Full function Accounts Payable
- Processing invoices
- Account reconciliations.
- Supplier queries
- Assisting with payment runs
- Processing employee expenses
- Generating invoices
- Banking and allocations of payments made.
- Generating monthly aged debtors’ spreadsheets and maintaining current notes
- Collection of outstanding accounts
Assisting with month end
Assisting with general office duties

Skills and experience required
An experienced Accounts Allrounder/Finance Officer/Bookkeeper
Experience with MYOB is highly desirable and Excel spreadsheets.
You will enjoy working in a small, cohesive team where everyone pitches in
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills
This role is based full time in the office in Clayton.
