WHAT IS THE ROLE?

This hands-on role sits within the Buzz Finance division, directly reporting to the Manager of AP & AR. You will be a critical member supporting a busy and dynamic team.

You’ll be responsibilities will include:

- Non-Stock AP invoices end-to-end processing

- Expense Reimbursement claim processing

- Processing payment runs, entering payment entries and communicate payment remittance effectively.

- Investigate and resolve AP enquiries

- Manage AP mailbox

- Vendor Statement reconciliation

- Credit Card reconciliation

- Month end tasks

- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This is an important role requiring the following:

· Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

· Ability to work to deadlines

· Great analytical and problem-solving skills

· Be self-directed with the ability to work autonomously but in a team environment

· A professional and friendly approach coupled with a positive and proactive attitude

· Intermediate level of Excel Skills

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Intermediate skills in Concur & Sage (desired but not essential)

· Experience in a similar role is essential
