Accounts Payable And Payroll

5 Years Accounts Payable and Payroll experience is essential to fit this small busy team.

We welcome you to watch the attached video to see our industry and the services we provide. Power Pumping has five depots; South East Queensland (Yatala), Western Downs (Chinchilla), Central Queensland (Gladstone) North Queensland (Mackay) and South Australia (Adelaide). 

Your ability to liaise with all demographics, and built rapport, is essential. 
A friendly and firm nature, with a crystal clear communication style, will serve you well with us. 

You will report to our Accounts Manager, and your broader contact points will be our General Managers, Operations Managers, Administrators, Truck Operators, and Third Parties including Clients.

Role:

• Ensure expenses are authorised as per approval values
• Match, code and enter supplier invoices
• Accurately maintain supplier files
• Prepare supplier payments
• Bank account and credit card reconciliations
• Answer incoming phone calls, and handle supplier queries
• Client, supplier and employee data entry
• Prepare operator timesheets and process payroll
• Assist Accounts Manager with EOM
• Work in conjunction with admin on the management of Real Estate Leases

Technicals & Attributes:

• Minimum five years previous experience with accounting software
• Enjoy connecting and working with teams 
• Positive contributor to company culture
• Self-disciplined, efficient, reliable, excellent time management
• High level of accuracy
• Computer software skills with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  Our other software programs are: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Business Central
• Local candidate preferred
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
