Qualifications & experience
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking or Finance You will need previous Payroll experience, be able to work with a fast paced environment in a standalone function. Also to be flexible and assist with HR and finance tasks when required
Tasks & responsibilities
- Weekly payroll for approx. 50 Staff Processing payments associated with payroll such as workers compensation, paid parental leave entitlements and termination payments
- Review EBAs and Awards
- Support PAYG, Super, Payroll Tax & Payroll reporting
- Timely and efficient processing of purchase orders
- Accounts Payable tasks - invoice processing, correct coding, correct GST treatment, batch entry and payment
