Accounts Payable Assistant

The role is based at our converted warehouse office in Marrickville and works closely with a dynamic and collaborative team. While based onsite the role offers flexibility with part time options. As a growing business this role is a great foundation for professional growth opportunities. 

Working within the finance team you will be undertaking the following:
• Day to day AP across three entities
• Compiling data for BAS and IAS returns in Australia
• Conducting bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Performing general financial reporting and analytical support as requested

Requirements
• Either a minimum accounting qualification equivalent to Cert IV Accounting/Bookkeeping or a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an accounts role
• Effective time management, task prioritisation and organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Xero and Excel
• Solutions focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and constructive attitude
