Central Coast Automotive has a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable expert to join the team in Head Office. Being the largest multi-franchise Automotive company on the Central Coast the role is busy and challenging but has a strong support system.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing all company related aspects of Accounts Payable, encompassing data entry of invoices, refunds, reconciliations, attending to the banking and promptly responding to requests.
- Ensure prompt attention to and follow-up supplier statements, ensuring accuracy of financial statements.
- OEM reconciliation of payments
- Meeting month end deadlines
- Assisting the team in end of day cleaning duties
- Managing company coffee machines & printers
- Prepare weekly creditor payments, ensuring payments are made when request.
- Follow company policy on credit applications.
- Answer incoming calls along with other members of the administrative team.
- Offer general administrative support to the business as needed.
Your background
- Proven working experience in similar role and exposure to high-volume Accounts Payable environment.
- Ability to work autonomously on problem volving issues as they arise.
