What's on offer?
Our Finance function is looking for their next Accounts Payable Officer who will be responsible to perform accounting and administrative tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of Accounts Payable transactions.

Within this role your responsibilities would include:

• Review and verify invoices and payment requests; sort, code and match invoices and upload to OCT system
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and monitor all payments
• Research and resolve invoices discrepancies and issues
• Maintain vendor files and correspond/respond to inquiries
• Assist with month end closing

Who are we looking for?

• Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality
• Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM programs
• High attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• Self-motivated and the ability to meet tight deadlines
